Here are my ratings of these cities Manila - 8.5/10 The city looks great, buildings do have beautiful lights. The one problem is pollution though, but atleast they clean some dirty places like Pasig River, Manila Bay, and some Cebu - 9/10 Very modern city with beautiful beaches Davao - 8/10 I never been to Davao, but when I look at it, its so cool. Iloilo - 10/10 Everything changed in there. Clark - 9/10 The New Clark City is nice out there, even the Clark Freeport Zone and Clark Global City
